One Day Process
Learn the steps...
1.
Preparation
Profiling and opening the pour of the concrete using a planetary diamond grinding machine (dust free process)
2.
Cleaning
The entire floor will be vacuumed to remove any remaining dust and debris and to better expose the concrete imperfections.
3.
Repairs
Repairing any existing cracks or divots using a fast setting Polyurea or Polymer modified cement.

BASECOAT APPLICATION

FLAKES BROADCASTING
To achieve a consistent look the vertical surfaces (stem-walls, stairs, or steps) will be rolled first separate from the floor.
Mixing and applying our 100% solid, two-component moisture mitigation epoxy base-coat.
After the basecoat is applied the crew will heavily broadcast the flakes for consistent 100% coverage.
7.
Scrapping And Vacuuming
When the basecoat is completely cured, the floor will be smooth-out by scrapping to knock down any standing flakes, and the access flakes will be vacuumed.

Topcoat Application
Mixing and applying our two components VOC-free, odor-less, high-performance Polyurea Polyaspartic topcoat.
